Tourist tax: The tourist tax of € 2,70 per guest per night is to be paid on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. Children below 14 are exempt.

Baby and children equipment: baby cots, high chair, changing table, child carrier (backpack), children’s dinnerware set, baby tub.
It will be our pleasure to pick you up at the train or bus station.
For a stay of less than 5 nights (in low season) the mid-season price will be charged.
Holidays with pets as agreed upon:
Extra costs per day € 12,00. Please make sure that pets do not scratch on furniture or wooden floor.
Arrival/Departure:
Arrival day: check-in no earlier than 2pm.
Departure day: check-out no later than 9.30am.
Confirmation deposit: Your reservation is confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit of €400 per week and apartment.
In case of cancellation: Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code. Up to 60 days before the arrival day, the reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In the case of cancellations by the guest in the period between the 60th day before the agreed arrival day and the arrival day itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival day: 50% of the total agreed price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival day: 100% of the total agreed price.
To avoid charges for cancellation fees due to any reasons, we suggest you to book the cancellation insurance policy, called Roter Hahn-Stornoschutz
